Reading objectives November 8th-12th

Students will be discerning fact from opinion.  We will be focused on using our weekly story and informational text to identify fact from opinion.  Then, we will use this skill to help understand how facts and opinions influence the way a text presents information.  Students will learn relevant vocabulary to the story and read a high interest text from our Reading Street series.  As we move along the story we will also spend time talking about and reviewing predicting.
